George M. Morio is a licensed general contractor and residential developer.

At the age of 10 George started helping his dad in the family construction

business that was begun in 1952 by his father George A. Morio.

In 1989 George took over the business and since has built over one hundred thirty, “130” homes.

He has built his reputation on providing quality craftsmanship and

meeting his customer’s dreams and expectations. His years of experience

have made him a leader in the construction and residential development
